As the founder of Wenthur Law Group, LLP, Cris Wenthur celebrated 40 years as an attorney in 2023. Cris also has an LL.M. in Taxation from John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Cris has a vast experience in vessel transactions from nearly all technical perspectives including tax planning, crew matters, regulatory, entity structure, and flagging. Cris also specialize in tax and structural planning for aircraft and vintage car acquisitions and remains actively involved in trust preparation and estate planning for our large client base.

A native of San Diego, Dane has worked at Wenthur Law Group, LLP since 2008 and became a licensed attorney in California in 2016. Dane also obtained an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego in 2020. Dane specializes in vessel and aircraft transactions primarily but also works in a variety of fields including property tax, sales/use tax, and income tax as relates to corporate and LLC structures.
